Our Story

We are a Christian university college with a bold future vision, and roots in Alberta that go back as far as 1921. Throughout our history, our goal has remained constant - to be a place where students can experience a truly meaningful time of growth and transformation.

One of our original Presidents, Dr. Blackett, said it best: "We invest in young people because they will go where we cannot go, do what we cannot do, attain heights we have never reached and continue to shine long after our sun has set."

Today, Ambrose University College is a degree-granting, provincially-accredited centre of academic excellence. We weave community life and spiritual formation into all our programs, and welcome over 600 students every year.
